Our pigs were born in the woodlands of Derbyshire & have been reared just a stone's throw away from our shop, enjoying rooting around in the wood & snacking on windfall apples.

Born and reared on our organic farm, our beef comes from our Montbeliarde cows and our Hereford and Charolais bulls.
